Credit for service of the Pay Adjustment Act of 1922, the personnel (active or retired) en ered si nce Ju ne 32. so affected shall be credited with service rendered subsequently to June 30, 1932, in computing their active or retired pay accruing subsequently to June 30, 1935 : Provided, That this section shall not Baok s longevity pay be construed as authorizing the payment of back longevity pay for re stri ction . the fiscal years 1933, 1934, and 1935 which would have been paid during such years but for the suspension aforesaid . Approved, June 13, 1935 . [CHAPT ER 225 .] AN ACT To provide for the establishment of a Coast Guard station on the coast of Vir- ginia, at or near the north end of Hog Island, Northampton County . Be it ena ct ed by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secre- tary of the Treasury is authorized to establish a Coast Guard sta- tion on the coast of `Virginia, at or near the north end of Hog Island, Northampton County, at such point as the Commandant of the Coast Guard may recommend . [CHAPTER 238 .1 AN ACT Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interio r be, an d he is hereby, authoriz ed, in his disc retion, to exchange lands in the State of Florida reserved for the Seminole Indians by Executive order of June 28, 1911, or purchased for said Indians, or any part thereof, for lands owned by the State of Florida . [Public, No. 132.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Unit ed St ates of A meri ca in Cong ress asse mbled , That section 4878 of the United St ates Revised Statutes, as amen ded, be further amended by adding at the end of said section a new sentence reading National burials in . Certain Cabinet . cemeter ies; members of Vol . 41, p. 552; as follows : " Persons who were members of the Cabinet of the Presi- dent of the United States at any time during the period between April 6, 1917, and November 11, 1918, may be buried in any national cemetery : Provided, That the interment is without cost to the United States ."
