Cbia . of the Interior through the National Park Service be, and he is to furnish steam to hereby , authorized to f urnish steam from the central heat ing plant Federal Reserve Board. for the use of the Federal Reserve Board on the property which has been acquired by it in squares east of 87 and east of 88 in the District of Columbia : Provide d, That the Fede ral Res erve Bo ard agrees to pay for the steam furnished at reasonable rates, not less than cost, as may be determined by the Secretary of the Interior : Pro vided fu rther, That the Federal Reserve Board agrees to pro- vide the necessary connections with the Government mains at its own expense and in a manner satisfactory to the Secretary of the Interior. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That an ap pro- priation of $20,000 annually is hereby authorized, $10,000 of which shall be for the annual contribution of the United States toward the maintenan ce of the Bureau of the Inter parliament ary Union for the promotion of international arbitration ; and $10,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to assist in meeting the expenses Provisos.
