AGREEMENT between THE POST OFFICE DEPARTMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE WINDWARD ISLANDS FOR THE DIRECT EXCHANGE OF PARCELS BY PARCEL POST. Islands of the United States) and the Windward Islands (Grenada, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent), the undersigned, Postmaster General of the United States of America, and the Governor of the Windward Islands, by virtue of authority vested in them, have agreed upon the f'Ollowing articles: I. LIMITS OF WEIGHT AND SIZE. 1. No parcel shall exceed 22 pounds in weight 3 feet 6 inches (105 Limits of wei(l:ht and centimeters) in length, or 6 feet (180 centimeters) in length and me. girth combined. 2. Parcels will not be accepted when sent by or addressed to initials, unless the initials are the adopted trade name of the senders or addressees.
