Be it enacted by the Senate a.nd H O'U-se of Representatives of the Charles D. leroni· United States of America in Oongres8 assembled, That the service m;:;'val service record rendered by Charles D. Jeronimus as a member of the Naval Militia oorrected. of Minnesota from April 21, 1920, to June 19, 1920, in fitting out the United States ship Essex and in service on a cruise of the Naval Militia shall be considered for all purposes as active service for training in the United States Naval Reserve force under his enroll- ment from July 18, 1920, to July 17, 1924, and that the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and dil'('cted to cause the records of the said Charles D. Jeronimus in the Navy DE'part- ment to be corrected to conform with this authorization, to the end that the said Charles D. Je·ronimus shall be entitled to all pay, benefits, and emoluments conferred by law or regulation bv reason of such active service and training'; and to refund to the said Charles D. Jeronimus from current appropriations for the Naval Refund.
