Be it enacted by the Se1Ulte and House 01 Representlltives 01 the Umted Statu of America in Oongress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Ruby Rardon the sum of $5,000 in full settlement of all claims against the Government of the United States for damages sustained by her by reason of the death of her husband, John Edward Rardon, which occurred on May 3, 1934, in the United States Industrial Reformatory at Chillicothe? Ohio, which death of the said John Edward Rardon occurred wnile he was engaged in the perfonnance of duties assigned to him and was caused by the explosion of an acetylene or other gas torch with which he was working, in line of rr:t::iion OD attar- duty: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in thi:'l ney's, etc., fees. C .
