Be it enacted by the Senate and H OW5e of Representatives of the United States of America in Oongress asse1'TllJled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the TreasurJ not otherwise appropriated, to Mae Pouland the sum of $750 in full settlement of all claims against the United States for personal injuries received as a result of a colli- sion between a Government truck and the private car in which Mae Pouland was a passenger December 8, 1934, on a 'l'exa.c; highway: rr:ri~::iion on attor- Provided, That no part of the amount appro~riated in. this Act In ney's, etc., fees. excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paId or delIvered to or received by any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, on account of services rendered in connection with said claim.
