Wolfe Payment to. the sum of $2,500 for permanent personal injuries, and to the Dixon Implement COlnpany the sum of $119.33 for damage to its tractor, in full settlement of all claims against the United States for such injuries and damage sustained when said tractor, driven by Bernard V.
