Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congres8 a8sewled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to 'V. N. Holbrook, Cumberland Gap, Tennessee, the sum of $2,000. Such 8um shall be in full settlement of all claims against the United States for damages sustained by the said W. N. Holbrook as the result of a Government truck in the service of the Civilian Conservation Corps striking a building owned by the said W. N.
