Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of A merica in Congress as8embled, That the Secretary Theresa Link. Payment to. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Theresa Link, Browns Valley, Minnesota, the sum of $2,500 in full settlement of all claims against the United States for damages sustained by the said Theresa Link on account of permanent per- sonal injuries received on December 21, 1933, when the automobile in which she was riding near Clinton, Minnesota, was struck and demolished by a truck in the service of the Federal Civil Works Administration.
