2658 Ratification. Proclamation. TELECOMMUNICATION CONVENTION. DECEMBER 9, 1932. . AND WHEREAS, the said convention, General Radio Regulations and Final Radio Protocol have been duly ratified on the part of the United States of America, and the instrument of ratification thereof by the United States of America was deposited with the Government of Spain on the twelfth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four; Now, THEREFORE, be it known that I, Franklin D. Roosevelt, President of the United States of America, have caused the said con- vention, the said General Radio Regulations and the said Final Radio Protocol to be made public to the end that the same and every article and clause thereof may be observed and fulfilled with good faith by the United States of America and the citizens thereof.
