Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for payment to the Government of Canada for the account of Janet Hardcastle Ross, a citizen of Canada, in full settlement of all claims for personal injury resulting from the dropping of a dummy bomb by a United States Navy airplane near Coronado, California, on March 27, 1929, the sum of 920 .45.
