INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS OTHER THAN TREATIES 3. No member of the Mission relieved upon request before com- pleting two years of service, shall be entitled to traveling expenses and transportation of baggage at the expense of the Brazilian Gov- ernment. 4. If any member of the Mis- sion should be obliged by illness to leave the service, the Brazilian Government shall pay the ex- penses of return to the United States of America in the manner provided above for members with more than two years of service. 5. If any member of the Mis- sion, or a person in his family, should die in Brazil, the Brazil- ian Government shall have the body transported to such place in the United States of America as the family of the deceased may indicate. If the deceased should be a person under contract the Brazilian Government shall pay the transportation expenses of his family, household effects and bag- gage, and, in the case of commis- sioned officers, their automobiles to New York. 6. In case of replacement of a member of the Mission, all the stipulations of this agreement, except in cases of express provi- sion to the contrary, shall apply to the member replacing him, in- cluding those specified in para- graphs 2 and 4 of Article IV. IN WITNESS wHEREOF, the un- dersigned, duly authorized, sign this contract in two texts, each one in the English and Portu- guese languages, at Washington, this twenty-seventh day of May, 1936. 3. Se algum membro da Missao f6r obrigado por doenca a deixar o service, o Governo Brasileiro pagara as despesas de regresso aos Estados Unidos da America na forma acima estabelecida para os membros com mais de dois an- nos de servigo. 5. Se algum membro da Missao, ou pess6a de sua familia, fallecer no Brasil, o Governo Brasileiro fara transportar o corpo para o logar dos Estados Unidos da America que a familia do morto indicar. Se o morto for um dos contractados, o Governo Brasi- leiro pagara as despesas de via- gem da familia, objectos de casa e bagagem e, no caso dos Officiaes, de seus automioveis, at6 Nova York. 6. No caso de substituicio de um membro da Missao, todas as clausulas deste acc6rdo, excepto nos casos de disposigio expressa em contrario, se applicarao ao substituto, inclusive as especifica- das nos paragraphos 2 e 4 do Artigo IV. EM TESTEMUNHO DO QUE, OS abaixo assignados devidamente autorizados, assignam o presente contracto em dois textos, cada um nos idiomas Inglez e Portuguez, em Washington aos vigesimo se- timo dia do mez de Maio de 1936.
