AMERICAS AND SPAIN-PARCEL POST-DECEMBER 22, 1936 Having examined and considered the provisions of the foregoing Agreement Relative to Parcel Post and Final Protocol of the Agreement Relative to Parcel Post, signed in the city of Panama, Republic of Panama, on the twenty-second day of December, 1936, the same are by me, by virtue of the powers vested by law in the Postmaster General, hereby ratified and approved, by and with the advice and consent of the President of the United States. In witness whereof, I have caused the seal of the Post Office Depart- ment of the United States to be hereto affixed this twelfth day of August, 1937. [SEAL] JAMES A FARLEY Postmaster General.
