AMERICAS AND SPAIN-MONEY ORDERS-DECEMBER 22, 1936 Cada Administraci6n designara las oficinas de su pais que hayan de encargarse de formular dichas listas y de enviarlas a aquellas otras Oficinas que para los mis- mos fines designen las demas Administraciones. Cuando una Administraci6n sefiale mas de una Oficina para la recepci6n de listas, debera comunicar con todo detalle la distribuci6n que haya de hacerse de los giros de las mencionadas listas. ARTICULO 4 Limites mdximos de emision Las Administraciones de los paises contratantes que convengan en establecer este servicio, se pondr&n de acuerdo para fijar el limite maximo de los giros que cambien entre si, sin que 6ste pueda ser inferior a 300 francos oro, segin la moneda tipo del Convenio Postal Universal, o a la equivalencia de esta cantidad en la moneda respectiva. Sin embargo, los giros relativos al servicio de Correos, emitidos con franquicia de porte en aplica- ci6n de las disposiciones del ar- ticulo 8 siguiente, podran exceder del maximo fijado por cada Ad- ministraci6n. ARTICULO 5 Tasas y derechos de comisi6n 1. El expedidor de todo giro emitido con arreglo al presente acuerdo debera pagar una tasa de 30 c6ntimos de franco oro como maximo y un derecho proporcional que no podra exceder de J % del valor del giro. 2. La Administraci6n de origen abonara a la de destino X % de la suma total de los giros pagados por esta ultima. ARTICULO 6 Endosos Each Administration will desig- nate the offices in its country which will be charged with pre- paring the said lists and trans- mitting them to such other offices as may be designated for the same purpose by the other Administra- tions. When an Administration designates more than one office for the receipt of lists, it must com- municate, with full details, the distribution to be made of the orders in the said lists. ARTICLE 4 Marimum amount of money orders The Administrations of the con- tracting countries which agree to establish this service will come to an agreement to fix the maximum amount of money orders ex- changed among them; but this amount may not be lower than 300 gold francs, in accordance with the monetary standard of the Universal Postal Convention, or the equivalent of that amount in the respective money. However, orders relating to the postal service, issued free of charge in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 following, may exceed the maximum fixed by any Ad- ministration. ARTICLE 5 Rates and commissionfees 1. The remitter of every order issued in accordance with the present Agreement shall pay a charge of 30 centimes of a gold franc at most, and a proportional fee which may not exceed %% of the amount of the order. 2. The Administration of origin will credit that of destination with 3Y% of the total amount of the orders paid by the latter. ARTICLE 6 Indorsements Los paises contratantes quedan autorizados para permitir en su territorio y de acuerdo con su legislaci6n interior, el endoso de los giros originarios de cualquier pais.
