UNITED STATES COURT FOR CHINA Salaries and expenses: The appropriations for salaries and expenses, United States Court for China, for the fiscal year 1938 shall be available, under such regulations as may be prescribed by the Attorney General, for travel expenses of officers and employees of the court, and of their dependents, while en route to or from places of temporary refuge in time of war, political disturbance, earthquake, epidemic, or similar emergency. UNITED STATES COURTS Salaries, fees, and expenses of marshals, United States Courts: For an additional amount for salaries, fees, and expenses of marshals, United States courts, including the same objects specified under this head in the Department of Justice Appropriation Act, 1937, fiscal year 1937 $46,500. Fees of commissioners, United States courts: For an additional amount for fees of United States commissioners and other commit- ting magistrates acting under section 1014, Revised Statutes (18 U. S. C. 591), fiscal year 1933, $18.84. Pay of bailiffs, and so forth, United States courts: For an addi- tional amount for pay of bailiffs, and so forth, United States courts, including the same objects specified under this head in the Depart- ment of Justice Appropriation Act, 1937, fiscal year 1937, $11,000.
