A. Caylor, of Udell, Iowa, the sum of $150 in full satisfaction of his claim against the United States for the death of a horse from injuries sustained September 5, 1934, while in use by employees of the Forest Service, Department of Agriculture, under a verbal agreement, in connection with the construction of erosion dams on farms in Appa- noose County, Iowa: Provided, That the Comptroller General of the United States is hereby authorized and directed to credit $50 of the amount herein appropriated to the account of W.
