That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Glenn Miller, Civilian Conservation Corps enrollee, the sum of $40.50 in full satisfaction of his claim against the United States for damage to his clothing which was damaged by fire while Enrollee Miller was attempting to extinguish a fire in the garage of the Civilian Conservation Corps camp at Fayetteville, New York, on October 31, 1936.
