JUDGMENTS, COURT OF CLAIMS SEC. 3. (a) For payment of the judgments rendered by the Court of Claims and reported to the Seventy-fifth Congress in Senate Doc- ument Numbered 145, and House Document Numbered 489 (star print), under the following departments and establishments, namely: Emergency Fleet Corporation, United States Shipping Board, $2,778,333; Interstate Commerce Commission, $1,521,696.93; Veterans' Administration, $20,773; Department of the Interior, $42,217.42; Navy Department, $308,831.14; War Department, $95,539.14; In all, $4,767,390.63, together with such additional sum as may be necessary to pay interest as and where specified in such judgments. (b) None of the judgments contained under this caption shall be paid until the right of appeal shall have expired, except such as have become final and conclusive against the United States by failure of the parties to appeal or otherwise.
