R. 8487] Confirming to Louis Labeaume, or his legal representatives, title to a certain [Private, No. 539] tract of land located in Saint Charles County, in the State of Missouri. Louis Labeaume. Title to certain land confirmed to. Proviso. Relinquishment of U. S. right, etc., only. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the claim and title of Louis Labeaume and his legal representatives to a tract of land located in Saint Charles County, State of Missouri, formerly granted to said Louis Labeaume by the Spanish Government, by grant from Juan Ventura Morales, dated July 5, 1802, designated as survey Numbered 1838, containing nine thousand seven hundred and fifty-two and thirty-eight one-hundredths acres, situated in township 48 north, ranges 6 and 7 east, and township 47 north, range 7 east, fifth principal meridian, Missouri, as shown by the official plats of these townships, be, and are hereby, confirmed to said Louis Labeaume and his successors in interest: Provided, That this Act shall operate only as a relinquishment, on the part of the United States, of all their right and claim to the above-described tract of land and shall not be considered as affecting the right of any other person or persons, if such there be, having a lawful claim to said land or a part thereof.
