R. 65021 Department of Highways to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway [Public, No. 2171 bridge across the Mississippi River at or near Little Falls, Minnesota. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the consent Mississippi River. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to Northern Natural Gas Company of Delaware, its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and oper- ate a pipe-line bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River from a point in Dakota County in the State of Nebraska to a point in Woodbury County in the State of Iowa, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation: Provided, That the work shall not be commenced until the plans therefor have been submitted to and approved by the Chief of Engineers, United States Army, and by the Secretary of War: Providedfurther, That in approving the plans for said pipe-line bridge, such conditions and stipulations may be imposed as the Chief of Engineers and the Secretary of War may deem necessary to protect the present and future interests of the United States Missouri River.
