(3) The Secretary of Agriculture may from time to time when he deems it in the public interest designate any officer in his Department to render temporary service under the provisions of, 46Stat.498. and subject to the conditions named in, section 2 of the Act
of June 5, 1930, (46 Stat. 498). Liaison officers.
