This Convention shall not come into force until after the adoption by the International Labour Con- ference of a Draft Convention revising the Convention fixing the minimum age for admission of children to industrial employ- ment, 1919, and a Draft Conven- tion revising the Convention con- cerning the age for admission of children to non-industrial em- ployment, 1932.
