[CHAPTER 490] AN ACT To authorize the Secretary of the Treasury to dispose of the remaining portion of the Grosse Point Lighthouse Reservation by deed to the city of Evanston, Illinois. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized to convey to the city of Evanston, Illinois, for public-park purposes, under the same con- ditions prescribed by the Act of May 28, 1935 (49 Stat. 311), the remaiinig portion of the Grosse Point Lighthouse Reservation which was not conveyed to the city of Evanston by deed of conveyance dated July 2, 1935. [CHAPTER 491] AN ACT To extend the times for commencing and completing the construction, by the Alabama Bridge Commission, an agency of the State of Alabama, of a toll bridge and causeway between Dauphin Island and the mainland at or near Cedar Point, within the State of Alabama. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the times for commencing and completing the construction by the Alabama Bridge Commission, an agency of the State of Alabama, or assigns, of a toll bridge and causeway between Dauphin Island and the mainland at or near Cedar Point, within the State of Alabama, authorized by Public Law Numbered 727, Seventy-sixth Congress approved July 8, 1940, be, and the same are, extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval of this Act.
