Mientras este Acuerdo o cualquiera pr6rroga del mismo est6 en vigor, el Gobierno de Costa Rica no contratara per- sonal de ningun otro gobierno ex- tranjero para prestar servicios de cualquier naturaleza relacionados con el Ej6rcito de Costa Rica, ex- cepto mediante mutuo acuerdo entre el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos de America y el Gobierno de Costa Rica. Articulo 22. Cada miembro de la Misi6n convendr& en no divul- gar, ni en revelar por cualquier medio a gobierno extranjero al- guno, o a persona alguna, cual- quier secreto o asunto confidencial del cual pueda tener conocimiento en su calidad de miembro de la Misi6n. Este requisito continua- ra siendo obligatorio despu6s de terminar su servicio con la Misi6n y despu6s de la expiraci6n o can- celaci6n de este Acuerdo o cual- quiera pr6rroga del mismo. Articulo 23. En todo este Acuer- do se entendera que el t6rmino "familia" s6lo abarca a la esposa y a los hijos no emancipados. Articulo 24. Cada miembro de la Misi6n tendra derecho anual- 1292
