Attorney General under the provisions of the Act of October 17, 1940 (54 Stat. 1201), the Attorney General, in order to eliminate inappro- priate duplication, may permit the incorporation by reference in the registration statement or supplements thereto filed hereunder of any information or documents previously filed by such agent of a foreign principal under the provisions of the Act of October 17, 1940 (54 Stat. 1201).
