(a) For the payment of the final judgments, including costs of suits, which have been rendered under the provisions of the Act of March 3, 1887, entitled "An Act to provide for the bringing of suits against the Government of the United States", as amended by section 297 of the Act of March 3, 1911 (28 U. S . C. 761), and which have been certified to the Seventy-seventh Congress in Senate Document Numbered 221 and House Document Numbered 787, under the following agencies: Federal Works Agency-Public Buildings Administration, $1,808.80; United States New York World's Fair Commission, $2,500; Department of the Interior, $2,365.47; War Department, $870; In all, $7,544.27, together with such additional sum as may be necessary to pay costs and interest as specified in such judgments or as provided by law.
