In Booklet. the event that the ballot is prepared as provided in clause (2), the secretary of state shall cause to be prepared and printed an appro- priate number of booklets containing the name and address of each nominated candidate for each office to be voted for and the party or independent body nominating him and a designation of the political subdivision to be represented. OFFICIAL ENVELOPES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR VOTERS SEC. 6 . (a) The secretary of state of each State shall also cause to be prepared and printed an appropriate number of official envelopes for use in -connection with such official war ballots. Each such envelope shall be gummed, ready for sealing. Upon one side of such envelope shall be printed in substantially the following form the following: OFFICIAL WAR BALLOT FOR GENERAL ELECTION Name of voter ----------------------------------
