INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS OTHER THAN TREATIES [56 STAT. foreign government or person whatsoever any secret or confi- dential matter of which he may become cognizant in his capacity as a member of the Mission. This requirement shall continue to be binding after termination of duty with the Mission and after the expiration or cancellation of this agreement or any extension thereof. "Family" construed. ART. 3. -Throughout this agree- ment the term "family" shall be construed as meaning wife and dependent children. Annualleave. ART. 4 .- Each member of the Mission shall be entitled to one month's annual leave with pay, or to a proportional part thereof with pay for any fractional part of a year. Unused portions of said leave shall be cumulative from year to year during service as a member of the Mission. ART. 5 .- T he leave cited in the preceding Article may be spent in foreign countries, but the ex- penses of travel and transporta- tion involved shall be borne by the member of the Mission taking such leave. All travel time, including sea travel, shall count as leave and shall not be in addition to that authorized in the preceding Article. ART. 6. -The Government of Brazil agrees to grant the leave specified in Article 4 of this Title upon receipt of written applica- tion approved, with due considera- tion for the convenience of the Government of Brazil, by the Chief of Mission. ART. 7 . -Except when other- wise mutually agreed upon in ad- vance by the respective Govern- ments, reliefs shall be effected by personal contact in Brazil between the retiring and the relieving members. ART. 4°-Os membros da Mis- sao terao direito anualmente a um mes de f6rias cor vencimentos, ou a periodo proporcional referente a qualquer fracao de ano. Os periodos de ferias nao gozados serao acumulados de ano para ano durante o servico na Missao. ART. 5Q-As f6rias de que trata o artigo precedente podem ser gozadas em pais estrangeiro, porem as despesas de viagem e trans- porte ficarao a cargo do membro da Missao que as estiver gozando. Todo o tempo de viagem, in- clusive o de viagem por mar, sera contado como f6rias e ngo sera, em absoluto, adicionado ao tempo de f6rias autorizado no artigo precedente. ART. 6Q-0 Governo do Brasil concedera as f6rias especificadas no Artigo 49 deste Capitulo quan- do requeridas por escrito e apro- vadas pelo Chefe da Missao, o qual levara em consideragao as con- veniAncias do Governo brasileiro. ART. 7Q-Exc6to quando de ou- tra forma mutuamente preesta- belecida pelos dois Governos, as substituipSes dos membros serao feitas ap6s contacto pessoal no Brasil entre os membros que se retiram e os que os substituem.
