5G STAT.] HAITI-EXCHANGE OF LANDS-OCT. 19, 1942 by the Government of the United States of America for two small plots of land which are part of the Private Domain of the Republic of Haiti, and situated along the aforesaid public route; Considering the Haitian decree- law of July 20, 1942, authorizing exchanges of this type; THE FOLLOWING HAS BEEN AGREED UPON: 1. The Government of the United States of America grants by way of exchange with all prop- erty rights to the Government of the Republic of Haiti, a small portion of land, part of its property at Bourdon, the said portion situated on the south boundary of the said property and adjoining the main highway from Port-au-Prince to Petion-Ville, designated by the No. 2 on the plan drawn up by the surveyor, J. Ramile Dorilas, dated April 26, 1941, and measuring an area of 288m2.82, bounded by the letters HihgfcdKeCD,thesaidplan initialed by the parties and at- tached to the present contract. 2) The Government of the Re- public of Haiti on its part, grants by way of exchange with all prop- erty rights, to the Government of the United States of America, two small portions of its Domain situated on the north border of the main highway from Port-au -Prince to Petion-ville, adjoining the prop- erty owned by the Government of the United States of America at Bourdon, designated by the Nos. 1 and 3 respectively, No. 1 measur- ing an area of 316m2.83, bounded bytheletters GFEHSRQP, and No. 3 bounded by the letters e A a b, measuring an area of 27m2.80 on the plan drawn up by 65714--43-PT . II- -14 te appartenant au Gouvernement des Etats-Unis d'Am6rique, contre deux petites portions de terre, fai- sant partie du domaine priv6 de la Republique d'Haiti, et situees le long de la route publique sus- indiquee; Considerant le Decret-Loi Hai- tien du 20 Juillet 1942 autorisant des echanges de ce genre; IL A ETE CONVENU CE QUI SUIT: 1.
