INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS OTHER THAN TREATIES [57 STAT. Forces of the Republic of Para- guay through its authorized rep- resentative in Washington and by the War Department of the United States of America, TITLE III Duties, Rank and Precedence ARTICLE 7. The personnel of the Mission shall perform such duties as may be agreed upon be- tween the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Paraguay and the Chief of the Mission. ARTICLE 8. The members of the Mission shall be responsible solely to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Paraguay, through the Chief of the Mission. ARTICLE 9. Each member of the Mission shall serve on the Mis- sion with the rank he holds in the United States Army Air Corps and shall wear the uniform of his rank in the United States Army Air Corps but shall have preced- ence over all Paraguayan officers of the same rank. ARTICLE 10. Each member of the Mission shall le entitled to all benefits and privileges which the Regulations of the Paraguayan Air Force provide for Paraguayan officers and subordinate person- nel of corresponding rank. Los Miembros de la Misi6n seran responsables ini- camente al Comando-en-Jefe de las fuerzas armadas de la Repi- blica del Paraguay, a travis del Jefe de la Misi6n. ARTICULO 9. Cada miembro de la Misi6n servir& en la Misi6n con el rango que tenga en el Cuerpo de Aviaci6n del Ejercito de los Esta- dos Unidos y usara el uniforme de su rango en el Cuerpo de Avia- ci6n del Ejercito de los Estados Unidos, pero tendra precedencia sobre todos los oficiales para- guayos de igual rango. ARTfCULO 10. Cada miembro de la Misi6n tendra derecho a todos los beneficios y privilegios que los Reglamentos de la Fuerza Aerea Paraguaya proveen para oficiales y personal subalterno paraguayo de rango correspon- diente.
