Minister for Finance of Brazil and the Acting Secretary of State of Ante, p. 1322. the United States of America, dated March 14, 1942, and to our conversations relative to the cooperative program of health and sani- tation in the United States of Brazil provided for by Resolution XXX approved at the Third Meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the American Republics held in Rio de Janeiro in January 1942.
