No. 170 WASHINGTON, June 4, 1942 EXCELLENCY: I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your note of April 24, 1942, which refers to the termination of the deliberations on wheat which took place at Washington, and to express the approval of my Government to the provisions of the Memorandum of Agreement, to which there is added a Draft Convention and to the interpretation of certain provisions of the same in accordance with the minutes of the final session of the wheat meetings at Washington. My Government will consider the provisions of the Memorandum of Agreement as entering into force upon being notified that the other four Governments have expressed their approval.
