Ordinance would have application in the Indian States? I am desired to say that it is intended that the Ordinance, when, promulgated, should be brought to the notice of the Residents in the Indian States, who will be informed that His Excellency the Crown Representative has decided that no Criminal proceedings shall be taken in any State court against any member of the U.
