EXCELLENCY: I have the honor to inform you that I have received instructions from my Government to request the Government of the United States, through your worthy medium, to extend for the term of one year the assignment of Lieutenant Colonel William H. Hennig as Director of the Polytechnic School of Guatemala, in accordance with the terms of Article IV of the Agreement signed to that effect between the United States of America and Guatemala on July 17th, 1943. 7Stat. 1012 .
