79TH CONG. , IST SESS.- Fb 28,1945 Mar. 19, 26, 1945 JOINT MEETING Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That the two Houses of Congress assemble in the Hall of the House of Representatives on Thursday, the 1st day of March 1945, at 12:30 o'clock postmeridian, for the purpose of receiving such communica- tions as the President of the United States shall be pleased to make to them. Passed February 28, 1945. "CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURES" Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That there shall be printed one thousand one hundred and fifty addi- tional copies of the bill (H. R. 2200) to revise, codify, and enact into law title 18 of the United States Code, entitled "Crimes and Criminal Procedures", together with the accompanying report thereon, of which two hundred copies shall be for the use of the House document room, two hundred copies for the use of the Senate document room, and seven hundred and fifty copies for the use of the Committee on Revision of the Laws, House of Representatives. Passed March 19, 1945. POSTWAR PLANS FOR AGRICULTURE Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That in accordance with paragraph 3 of section 2 of the Printing Act, approved March 1, 1907, the special committee of the Committee on Agriculture, House of Representatives, designated by the chair- man to study post-war plans for agriculture, particularly as relate to cotton, be, and is hereby, authorized and empowered to have printed for its use two thousand five hundred additional copies of the hearings held before the said special committee during the second session of the Seventy-eighth Congress. Passed March 19, 1945. MAKING OF TREATIES Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That in accordance with paragraph 3 of section 2 of the Printing Act, approved March 1, 1907, the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives be, and is hereby, authorized and empowered to have printed for its use ten thousand additional copies of the hearings on a proposed amendment to the Constitution of the United States relative to the making of treaties, held before Subcommittee Numbered 3 of the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives during the second session of the Seventy-eighth Congress.
