D°°· 22• 182:* Crim-. I.-—.d·n Aet appropriating a certain sum of money for the relief of Daniel D. Tompkins. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United $35J90_¢¤ ba States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the pmd w hm' Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized to pay to Daniel D. Tompkins, late Governor of the state of New York, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of thirty-five thousand one hundred and ninety dollars; being the amount reported in favor of the said Daniel D. Tompkins, by the accounting officers of the treasury, in ActofFeb. 21, compliance with the act of Congress, entitled "An act to provide for 182% ¤l¤· 12- the settlement of the accounts of Daniel D.
