Be it enacted, <§?c., That the Secretary of W'ar be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Lewis Hatch, of the state of New York, To be placed gn the roll of revolutionary pensions, and to pay him twenty dollars per cn pension roll. annum, during his natural life, commencing on the fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-one.
