Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That, at the time of making such Deed of relocation or entry, the said Polly Lemon, her legal representatives or le¤¤¤wU.S.to assigns, shall produce to the aforesaid register, and deposit in his oiice, b° l"'°d“°°d· a deed of release, conveying to the United States all the right, title, interest, fee, or claim (unencumbered,) that she or they may claim to have in and to the tract of land claimed by them, near Fort Jesup, in lieu of which the land granted by this act is given. ‘ Am-novnn, March 3, 1839.
