Il. -./2n ./2ct or the relic 0 Mrs. Harris widow o the late President um _ f Jré ami s»a.”T" f LB-€'$£ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representativesof the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary paymsmw of the Treasury pay, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise Mrs. Harrison, appropriated, to Mrs. Harrison, widow of .William Henry Harrison, late President of the United States, or, in the event of her death before pay- ment, then to the legal representatives of the said William Henry Harrison, the sum of twenty-tive thousand dollars : Provided, always, That any sum of money which shall have been paid to the personal representatives of the said Williani Henry Harrison since his death, on account of his salary as President of the United States, shall be deducted from the said sum of twenty-five thousand dollars. VI. —An Act to revive and continue in force for ten years an act entitled Aug. 9, 1841. “An oct to incorporate the Mechanic Relief Society ey" .dle:candria." ’*“""" Be it enacted, &c., That the act entitled "An act to incorporate the Mechanic Relief Society of Alexandria," approved April thirteenth, Act ¤{Apy11 eighteen hundred and eighteen, be, and the same is hereby, revived, l?- L818k"- and shall continue in force for the term of ten years from and after the g':6d°£,, fg: passage of this act; and all the rights, privileges, and powers granted yea", by the said act to the Mechanic Relief Society of Alexandria," and the corporate existence of the said society, are hereby revived and continued in full force for the term of ten years from and alter the passage of this uct : Provided, however, It shall and may be lawful for the trustees of Pmyism said Corporation, at any time before the expiration of the said ten years, t0 dissolve the same; to sell and convey the estate, real and personal, which has been or may hereafter be, vested in said corporation; and to make such disposition of the proceeds, alter paying all just debts of said corporation, as they may deem proper.
