PROCUREMENT DIVISION The Secretary of War is hereby authorized to transfer to the Secretary of the Treasury for the use of the Procurement Division, without compensation therefor, at such time as it is determined by the War Department that the premises are no longer required by it, the facility, including the land, building, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances, known as Building Numbered 1 of the Seattle Engi- neer Redistribution Center, valued at approximately $590,000, and located at Fourth Avenue South and Lander Street, Seattle, Wash- ington, and the War Department shall appraise the property so transferred and furnish the Bureau of the Budget with a statement in detail of the description and value of such property.
