R.; thence north sixty degrees west a distance of four hundred and thirty-five and six-tenths feet; thence north fifty-three degrees forty minutes west a distance of three hundred and fifty- nine and six one-hundredths feet; thence south forty-seven degrees sixteen minutes west a distance of one thousand and sixty-seven and seventy-nine one-hundredths feet, morg or less, to the point of beginning. Said patent shall be issued upon the express condition that the Condition. city of Miles City shall use or cause to be used said tracts of land for industrial and recreational purposes and as a museum site, respectively, for the benefit of the citizens of that city: Provided, That whenever said lands shall cease to be used by said city for the Rversion to U. S . purposes aforesaid or their sale or conveyance is attempted, then, and in that event, title to such lands and the whole thereof shall revert to the United States: Provided further, That such patent shall Reservation omin- contain a reservation to the United States of all gas, oil, coal, and other mineral deposits as may be found in such lands and the right to the use of the lands for extracting and removing the same.
