BORAH Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That the Borah Memorial Statue Commission of Idaho is hereby authorized to place temporarily in the rotunda of the Capitol a statue of the late William E. Borah, of Idaho, and to hold ceremonies in the rotunda on said occasion; and the Architect of the Capitol is hereby authorized to make the necessary arrangements therefor.
