2926 Conditions for with- drawal of assistance. ARTICLE 10 Any or all assistance authorized to be provided pursuant to this Agreement will be withdrawn-- (1) If requested by the Government of Greece representing a majority of the Greek people; (2) If the Security Council of the United Nations finds (with respect to which finding the United States waives the exer- cise of any veto) or the General Assembly' of the United Nations finds that action taken or assistance furnished by the United Nations INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS OTHER THAN TREATIES [61 STAT. any foreign exchange for payment of principal or interest on the foreign indebtedness now in suspense of the Uovernment of Greece and of all public and private debtors.
