61 STAT.] MULTILATERAL-EXCHANGE OF MONEY ORDERS-SEPT. 25, 1946 Having examined and considered the provisions of the foregoing Agreement Relative to Money Orders and the Final Protocol thereto, signed in the city of Rio de Janeiro, the United States of Brazil, on the twenty-fifth day of September, 1946, the same are by me, by virtue of the powers vested by law in the Postmaster General, hereby ratified and approved, by and with the advice and consent of the President of the United States.
