Washington Washington is divided into two judicial districts to be known as the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington. Eastern District (a) The Eastern District comprises two divisions. (1) The Northern Division comprises the counties of Adams, Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Spokane, Stevens, and Whitman. Court for the Northern Division shall be held at Spokane. (2) The Southern Division comprises the counties of Asotin, Benton, Columbia, Franklin, Garfield, Kittitas, Klickitat, Walla Walla, and Yakima. Court for the Southern Division shall be held at Yakima and Walla Walla. Western District (b) The Western District comprises two divisions. (1) The Northern Division comprises the counties of Clallam, Island, Jefferson, King, Kitsap, San Juan, Skagit, Sno- homish, and Whatcom. Court for the Northern Division shall be held at Bellingham and Seattle. (2) The Southern Division comprises the counties of Clark, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce, Ska- mania, Thurston, and Wahkiakum. Court for the Southern Division shall be held at Tacoma. § 129. West Virginia West Virginia is divided into two judicial districts to be known as the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia. Northern District (a) The Northern District comprises the counties of Barbour, Berkeley, Brooke, Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Grant, Hampshire, Hancock, Hardy, Harrison, Jefferson, Lewis, Marion, Marshall, Mineral, Monongalia, Morgan, Ohio, Pendleton, Pleasants, Preston, Randolph, Ritchie, Taylor, Tucker, Tyler, Upshur, Wetzel, Wirt, and Wood. Court for the Northern District shall be held at Clarksburg, Elkins. Fairmont, Martinsburg, Parkersburg, and Wheeling. Southern District (b) The Southern District comprises the counties of Boone, Brax- ton, Cabell, Clay, Fayette, Greenbrier, Jackson, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, McDowell Mason, Mercer, Mingo, Monroe, Nicholas, Poca- hontas, Putnam, Raleigh, Roane, Summers, Wayne, Webster, and Wyoming. Court for the Southern District shall be held at Beckley, Bluefield, Charleston, Huntington, and Lewisburg. § 130. Wisconsin Wisconsin is divided into two judicial districts to be known as the Eastern and Western districts of Wisconsin. 894 [62 STAT.
