62 STAT.] INTER-AMERICAN-COFFEE AGREEMENT-OCT. 1, 1947 of ratification on the part of the United States of America was duly deposited in the archives of the Pan American Union on May 24, 1948; Now, THEREFORE, be it known that I, Harry S. Truman, President Proclamation. of the United States of America, do hereby proclaim and make public the said protocol for the extension of the Inter-American Coffee Agreement for one year from October 1, 1947 to the end that the same and every article and clause thereof shall be observed and fulfilled with good faith by the United States of America and by the citizens of the United States of America and all other persons subject to the jurisdiction thereof. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Seal of the United States of America to be affixed.
