Consequently, it would be appreciated if Your Excellency would furnish the Embassy with information concerning the number of technicians desired by the Government of Colombia; the subjects in which they should be specialists; the approximate date it is desired that they should arrive; the estimated duration of their tour of duty in Colombia; and any other data which Your Excellency's Government believes would be helpful in making the selection of the exact types of technicians desired.
