AMBASSADOR: With reference to Your Excellency's note no. 621 of the 1st instant, I have the honor to inform you that my Government accepts, in ac- cordance with the terms mentioned, the extension of the Cooperative Public Health Program until June 30, 1949, and that it agrees that the said extension become effective on the date that the representa- tives of the Ministry of Hygiene and Sanitation and the Institute of Inter-American Affairs affix their signatures to a document contain- ing the technical details mentioned in the official communication to which I reply.
