UNITED STATES MARITIME COMMISSION WAR SHIPPING ADMINISTRATION LIQUIDATION Notwithstanding the limitation under this head in the Independent Offices Appropriation Act, 1950, on the amount available from the unexpended balance of the appropriation to the Secretary of the Treasury in the Second Supplemental Appropriation Act, 1948, for liquidation of obligations approved by the General Accounting Office as properly incurred against funds of the War Shipping Administra- tion prior to January 1, 1947, the entire unexpended balance of said appropriation shall remain available during the fiscal year 1950 for liquidation of such obligations.
