Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the pur- poses of the immigration and naturalization laws, Herminia Ricart shall be deemed to have been born in Spain and shall be considered to be the natural-born daughter of Professor and Mrs. Domingo Ricart who were admitted to the United States in October 1947 as nonquota immigrants.
